Void Where Prohibited. The Kiwi 100 Year Celebration Promotion (the “Promotion”) is intended for participation and viewing in the United States and will be construed and evaluated only according to United States law. Do not proceed if you are not located in the United States at the time of entry. The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) October 1, 2006 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2007 (the “Promotion Period”).

Who may participate: Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence as of October 1, 2006. Employees, officers and directors (and their immediate family members and persons who are members of the same household as employees, officers and directors) of Sara Lee Household & Body Care USA (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone else affiliated with the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

How to Play: 1) During the Promotion Period, visit www.kiwi100yearcelebration.com, complete the online registration form, including your name, address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address, daytime telephone number, and date of birth, and click the “submit” button. 2) Complete and submit an answer to the 5 trivia game questions. 3) Once you have submitted your answers, an instant-win game play will be displayed and will indicate if you have won a daily instant-win prize. Limit one daily instant win game play per person, per email address, per day. Limit one instant win daily prize per person during the Promotion Period.

Grand Prize Drawing Entries: For each eligible, instant-win daily game completed, entrants will automatically be entered in the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Limit one Grand Prize drawing entry per person, per email address, per day. All game plays and entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2007.

Winning: There will be 273 daily instant-win prizes available during the Promotion Period determined via randomly selected times throughout each day during the Promotion Period.

Grand Prize Drawing: On or around July 15, 2007, independent judges will randomly select one potential Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries submitted during the Promotion Period.

Odds: Odds of winning an instant win prize depend on the number of instant win game plays completed each day during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Instant Win Prizes: 273 Instant Win prizes available. Twenty dollars ($20.00) worth of SuperCertificate® Rewards, redeemable online at GiftCertificates.com.™  SuperCertificate® Rewards can be delivered only to a valid email address. Limit one instant win prize per person. Merchant list subject to change. Grand Prize: 10 day/9-night trip to New Zealand for winner and one guest. Travel must take place between July 31, 2007 and December 6, 2007. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from a major gateway city near winner’s home in the 48 contiguous states to Auckland; 9-nights standard hotel accommodations, double-occupancy; ground transfers to and from the hotels/airports; choice of various side trips and activities in Rotorua, Queenstown and Christchurch; optional outdoor adventure activities; $500.00 spending money for winner.  Approximate retail value of trip is $15,000.00. All travel arrangements must be made through a travel agent to be designated by Sponsor. All air travel will originate from a major U.S. commercial airport near winner’s home. Any minor guest of winner must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.  Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Meals, gratuities, ground transportation not specified, federal, state and local taxes, personal incidentals, and all other expenses not specifically listed as part of prize are the responsibility of the winner. Actual value of trips may vary, depending on departure location, time of travel and other factors.

Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes.

Total retail value of all prizes: $20,460.00.

Claiming Prizes: All prize claims are subject to verification by Sponsor. If you receive an instant win message via the website at www.kiwi100yearcelebration.com, you are a potential winner of the prize indicated, subject to verification. Print it out and save it for your records.  Sponsor will send prize notification and confirmation to instant winners by email within approximately 15 business days from the date the prize was won. Instant win prizes will be sent directly to each winner at the email address that appears on winner’s registration form. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential Grand Prize winner via phone and/or overnight mail approximately 7 business days following the Grand Prize drawing.  Grand Prize winner must complete, sign and return Affidavit of Eligibility, and Grand Prize winner and guest must complete, sign and return Waivers of Liability and, except where prohibited by law, Publicity Releases within 7 days of receipt of written prize notification or prize may be forfeited, and parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of minor guest. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded, but in no event will more prizes be awarded than are provided for in these Official Rules.  In the event more instant-win prizes are awarded than are provided for in these Official Rules, instant-win prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible instant-win prize claims received. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants (except where prohibited by law) consent to use of name, likeness or biographical information in advertising, promotional or marketing materials without notice or compensation. In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, if prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, or a prize winner declines prize offered, prize will be forfeited. By participating in the Sweepstakes, all participants acknowledge compliance with and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the decisions of Sponsor and/or judges, which are final in all respects. The potential prize winners must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules to receive prize. 

Conditions: All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or garbled entries. Sponsor, its affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and agents are not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, hardware, software, programming or interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, network malfunction, or other technical failures or errors, or failure to properly process entries; (b) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including inability to access the Sweepstakes Website, submit entries, or other disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug, or nonauthorized intervention; (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant's access of the Promotion Website, whether human, mechanical or electronic, or (d) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the Promotion Website users or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in the Promotion.  If such malfunction, error, disruption, or damage occurs, and/or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper play of the Promotion and/or Promotion is otherwise not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Promotion for the remainder of the Promotion Period by posting a notice on www.kiwi100yearcelebration.com. If the Promotion is terminated or suspended, Sponsor will award any remaining instant win prizes and the Grand Prize via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the suspension or termination date. In the event of dispute as to who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Promotion, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify multiple entries per day from the same person, or entries made through robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method, or entries made through any third-party website, and to disqualify any individual using such a method.
